The present YogaArte policy fulfills its role according to art. 13 of the “Code of protection of personal data” - D.Lgs. 30/06/2003, nr. 196, and is written according to the Recommendation nr. 2/2001, applied on May 17, 2001 by the “Article 29” Workgroup for the Personal Data Protection, as related to the minimum requirements for online data collection within the European Union.
