Active and passive meditation techniques include several steps, and allow us to reach a condition of silence, relaxation and awareness. Everything starts from the activation of our body energy through movement and breathing, so as to slow down your mind, which finally stops working in a frenzy, and becomes insightful.
Meditation enables us to get in touch with the most genuine part of ourselves, our intuition, our creativity. Only when we finally get free from constraints, we can become creative, spontaneous, and capable of listening to our own selves.
