INVERSION POSE
Inverted poses work upon the human brain, since they bring about a large quantity of blood, stimulate the action of sensory organs, and regulate the functioning of the thyroid. These poses also strengthen our spine, and in particular our cervical vertebra. Moreover, they reinvigorate the muscles of our arms, shoulders, neck and belly. They help our blood flow, stimulate the heart and improve our memory, concentration, and attention. Finally, they tone up and reinforce our body.
In this workshop, we shall learn to do five poses correctly, namely: Sirsasana, Ardha Kapalasana, Kapalasana, Halasana and Sarvangasana.
We shall examine in depth the benefits of these poses, and each pupil will be endowed not only with the method for each technique, but also with the tools in order to improve his/her own personal practice."
